I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Terrible experience from start to finish. The first time, they got my order wrong. The second time, they charged me for 650g of hamour, but after cleaning I only got around 170g, I know this because I weighed it at home. They still billed me the full amount. That’s not acceptable. The 50 SAR discount they gave for the first mistake doesn’t fix anything. On top of that, the fish I paid 230 SAR for was bland and nowhere near worth the price. What made it worse? No one from management even bothered to call, apologize, or try to fix the situation. Honestly, this felt dishonest. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
