Delicious food and amazing ambiance but the service and waiters are absolutely disgusting the worst I’ve ever witnessed uneducated and laughing in the background like children One of them even kicked a cat in front of our eyes and laughed with his buddies about it Absolutely does graceful behavior and not at all at the level of such an establishment The managers and owner should seriously consider their choice in their employees as they are misrepresenting the establishment Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Bad experience, feniqia used to be one of the best restaurants in jbeil but not anymore....the service is extremely slow, they first served fatouch immediately after we ordered and the rest of the order took 50 minutes including appetisers, everytime we asked the waiters or the manager about the order they don't reply, the tawouk in the mixed grill was not well cooked, the beef and kabab were hard to chew, and when weexplained this to the manager after he asked he smiled and left... also there was no water in the toilets and the lady was giving bottle of water for the persons who wanted to use the restrooms. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner
