I placed an order and requested collection at the location, after arriving for collection I was informed that the motorcycle courier had taken my order by mistake. At first they offered to make the dogs on site for me to take. However, after I left to make a call to let them know, when I returned I was told that I would no longer be able to make the dogs, I believe because of the end of business hours. They did the minimum of giving the money back, but I went to the place for free, came back without the meal due to the staff's inattention and incompetence. Bad experience.
