This is easily the best place in Shimoda for authentic Neapolitan‑style pizza. The sourdough crust is beautifully fermented, light, and full of flavor, with that classic Napoli softness in the center. They also offer excellent vegetarian options, made with fresh, high‑quality ingredients. What makes the experience even better is the stunning beachside view. Enjoying a true Napoli‑style pizza while looking out at the ocean creates a perfect, relaxing atmosphere. A must‑visit for anyone who appreciates artisan pizza and a great coastal setting. A lovely pizza shop right by the beach. The view from inside the restaurant is gorgeous, with a large pristine white sand beach really setting the tone for the delicious food that was to come. The Pizzas used homemade sourdough and high quality ingredients, baked in a large woodfire pizza oven. Everything was fresh and you could taste the effort and care put into the preparation of the meal. The tiramisu we ordered for desert was very creamy with a fluffy biscuit interior. The service was just as exceptional as the food. We were immediately welcomed with a warm smile and provided with an English menu. The staff even helped us improve our Japanese . I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants delicious and authentic pizza. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
