Great vegan restaurant in Seoul! The atmosphere was so nice. Highly recommend! We got the green onion hummus, Korean fried chicken, and mushroom sandwich. All so delicious and flavorful! Food was really mid. They’ve changed ownership and have a new name now. It’s fresh and they’re trying new concepts but it’s just not great and it’s expensive. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

Visited Ferments today and absolutely loved the food! The roasted vegetable flatbread was vibrant and full of flavor — perfectly grilled mushrooms, crispy Veg, and creamy spread on a soft base. The cauliflower bites were crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated in a sweet-savory glaze that was addictive. Fresh and tangy, balancing everything out.
