We had a wine and food course. There were about 7 types of wine to taste. In addition to Fermier's main variety Albariño, they also produce Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and more. For Pinot Noir, I only had rosé this time (I would have liked to have had a red one). Everything was clear and delicious. The food is French cuisine paired with wine. The dishes are elaborate and uncompromising, using rare Japanese ingredients such as couscous, sweetfish, and pork. It was the highest level of French cuisine I have ever experienced. The wine and food went so well together, and I thought, if Oishinbo had the ultimate menu, it would be like this. I was able to experience an extremely high quality time.
