This is the worst restaurant service I have ever experienced, and I had been a waiter for about 6 years of my life so trust me when I say, I was heated. For the 2 hours I was there I got about 30 min of service. The waiter rarely checked up on us and kept us waiting to order anything, it took one hour just to get our food which is also way overpriced for their okay quality and super small portions, I finished eating in about 7 minutes. Then afterwards, for my father in law's birthday they had us waiting forever for their "surprise". They took so long to then come out with the cake WE brought! Like what took so long, and this also came with disco lights and the birthday song being sung by Marilyn Monroe and in place of saying "to you" it would say "Happy Birthday Sexy" like what?! Is this not a formal place for a gathering. And then the Manager or Owner poured himself a shot with my father in law, this place would be perfect for Kitchen Nightmares. I had the pleasure of enjoying an absolutely delicious dinner experience with my family at Fernando's. The reason I call it an experience is because Fernando himself is usually the first to greet you. His quick wit and gracious attitude is only matched by his desire to make everyone's dining experience 5-Stars, and he always delivers. My wife had the fish. It was lightly breaded and pan-fried to perfection. I tried some, and it was not only moist but tasted great. We both loved it. The kids had the chicken Alfredo. Of course they did. It's the closest thing to Mac and cheese. Lol. I had the filet. It was cooked exactly like I asked. It's super juicy and even more flavorful. It came with lightly grilled asparagus and buttery mashed potatoes. We all had different deserts. Everyone enjoyed them. I must comment on the tres leches. Hands down the best I've ever had. It was the best 18 years ago when I had it for the first time, and it still is today. Thank you, Fernando, for such a delicious dinner! My family of five dined at Fernando’s tonight. The restaurant is open concept and very inviting. Our waiter seated us immediately and took orders for cocktails before our dinner order. The drinks were excellent. The restaurant was quiet, and we enjoyed the background music playing softly. At leisure, we ordered from the menu.
Every item ordered was presented so nicely and every bite was delicious from appetizer through our entrees. Everyone there made many complementary comments. We had a very lovely evening, and plan to make Fernando’s our go to restaurant for our family outings. Thanks.
