I tend to really enjoy my experience at the Ferreiro group, but my experience at Ferreiro Grill was extremely bad. I was at the restaurant with my husband to celebrate our 1st year of marriage, and I would love to "unlive" that night. The service was terrible! In fact, we were not served. Starting at reception: we asked to wait for a better, more reserved table, and we waited for around 20 minutes. When they finally called us, and tried to direct us to the table, it had already been occupied by other customers who decided to change tables. We decided to sit at another table, out of pure frustration. From then on, the night only got worse. The first waiter who served us, gave us ONE menu, and also decided that it would be interesting to pile some dishes on our table while he took care of something else in the restaurant. We spent about 15 minutes with this menu, as no one came to serve us, and with this pile of dishes on our table. After about 20 minutes our dishes arrived, and the food was actually good. However, the third waiter who served us left the plates on the table and didn't give us any chance to try to order something to drink. There went another 15 minutes trying to order something to drink. I think it's important to highlight that the place was not full, and there were several waiters in the room. Finally, we tried to order dessert, and then it was another process. They came to leave the menu again and disappeared, making it impossible for us to order. For me, we informed the master, who was excellent in his service and conduct, and he apologized for the experience and offered us a dessert (which was divine, by the way). The waiters brought dessert, BUT THEY FORGOT THE SPOONS LOL We spent about 5 minutes just waiting for spoons, guys lol Anyway, the service was very bad.
