Report incorrect information
We ordered and picked up, my oldest had the baked ziti. He started complaining, we both ignored him, he complains a lot. After a bit he says, “somethings not right with this, it smells”, me and the wife looked it it and both said, “it looks fine”.
He says, “no you gotta smell it and taste it”, neither of us wanted to cause we ordered pizza, but eventually the wife smells it and says, “yea it does taste funny”, then asks me to try it.
I smelled it, and it just smelled wrong, cannot accurately describe it, then I tasted it and it tasted bad, again couldn’t accurately describe, but it just tasted funky.
My oldest is hungry and I’m unemployed so we don’t want to get him another dinner so she decides to drive back over there.
The lady at the counter tells my wife, “it’s fine” and my wife tells her it’s not, this goes back and forth until my wife finally tells her what she can do with her ziti and walks out.
A bad meal you can understand, it’s inevitable that EVERY single meal is 100% right, but horrible customer service? No thanks, I will spend my unemployment money elsewhere thank you.
Not again....
