You are right, ‘you can’t please all the people all the time’ however we certainly do try. No one deliberately sets out to upset a customer. I hope people keep this in mind in future. Kat (Manager)

This is totally untrue! The truth is this person called asked for a cheeseburger which she got and then she brought it back stating that it was wrong. Our cheeseburger has lettuce, tomato, onion burger cheese. This person did not state that they wanted a Dean burger which is cheese, burger, tomato sauce. at no time was anyone rude to this person let alone myself as I spoke to her on the phone took her order supervised another worker to cook the order checked the order when the customer came back to complain, I made sure that I had written it down correctly and the customer argued stating they did not order our cheeseburger. I cooked her another burger a Dean burger and gave it to her. There was no exchange of abuse whatsoever. Disagreeing with the customer and telling them so is not abuse! Also, the owner is Keith, I am the manager and my name is Kat.
