Clients enjoy the sights of Dover International Speedway and book a table for nice dishes here. A lot of guests say that waiters offer good crab legs, fried chicken and steaks here. Order tasty French toasts and perfectly cooked crème brûlée. Drink delicious tea, it's a must while visiting this restaurant.
Most people have noticed that the hostess is knowledgeable here. You will pay affordable prices for your meal. The exotic atmosphere has been highlighed by the visitors. But Festival Buffet is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I went to the buffet last night 2/23/2019 at Dover Downs and I did not know that they stop service ALL YOU CAN EAT crab legs which I was crushed because I wanted them so bad. The buffet was $26.95 plus they wanted to charge you an additional $10.00 for 3 clusters. I could not believe the price of the buffet and an additional $10.00 for crab legs and they limit you to 3 clusters which is 1.5lb. I kindly told the cashier to cancel my order for 3 and we left and went to Applebees. I will never go back there without offering unlimted crablegs because the other food is not that great and the selections are not that great. Crablegs was the highlight of Festival Buffet and its a shame because many casinos have all you can eat crablegs at there buffet. They lost my business and from how empty the buffet was on a Saturday evening, i can tell they lost a lot of business. It was a horrible move and they should have never discontinued them. If they needed money, they yes they can charge $10.00 to eat them but they should never put a limit on them. It should have been $10.00 additional for all you can eat crabs, or leave it the way it was. Won't be back there.
