I went to order my usual karak saffron, less sweet, as I do every day. Typically, they mix unsweetened karak with the regular one. However, today the guy behind the counter added hot water instead. When I confronted him, he explained that they didn’t have any unsweetened karak. This was disappointing and frustrating—what bad service!
