It is very clear that Damian is passionate about what he does and this shows through the quality of his product. When we ordered, we asked him questions about the menu and he gave us advice on it, while asking us question to understand our taste and better advise us. He told us that he was about to make fresh bread, and suggested that we waited 15 minutes to have freshly baked break. We did and I was worth the wait. While waiting we discussed with him, he was very friendly, we had a nice discussion. We took two Acilia sud. The portions are very generous. The meat is juicy and well cooked, the topping well balanced. The burgers were very tasty, one of the best I tasted. I had a great experience and definitely recommend.
