This was an awesome experience for me I’ve always seen the restaurant from the outside but the inside is beautiful the people are friendly and the food is so wonderful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

The prime rib grade of meat was awful - probably USDA select with no marbling and definitely very tough…disappointing for $39.99 for king cut. We ordered & received it rare so it wasn’t over cooked. The prime rib was seasoned and plated beautifully too so it wasn’t the cook’s fault. Either the manager/owner is ordering the lowest grade prime rib & charging choice USDA prices or their supplier is giving Fieldstone poor quality prime rib. I’ve made many prime ribs but always by usda choice & I’ve never had such tough prime rib like Fieldstone’s. Again so disappointing & will not return. Oh, the server was very friendly btw : ) She was willing to make things right but we weren’t looking for a free meal & definitely didn’t want another tough/dry prime rib - I never send food back as I fear staff may spit or tamper with your food if you complain.
