We ordered two kids meals in which the drinks were not included. In the end, it was $25 without gratuity, due to the charge for adult drinks at just under four dollars for each kid. It’s insane that they don’t include some kind of a soft beverage with the kids meal or at least a reduced price and smaller portions as other restaurants do. We also ordered queso cheese sauce that was so runny you couldn’t keep the cheese on the chip. When I complained about it, and sent it back, the manager came out and asked what I wanted in place of it. I said, “nothing, the cheese sauce was not good because it was like water.” He stated that they didn’t make it correctly, as they put too much milk in it but still acted as if they were still going to charge me for it. I told him I was not paying for it and I sent it back because it was not good quality. Typically, their food is good and the service is always good. I just was not happy with this visit. I’m only giving two stars because the service was decent. This is extremely poor quality Mexican food. I got a steak burrito, and it was probably the cheapest steak they can get on the market, but the price of the meal did not reflect the quality of the meat. Definitely will not be dining here, considering the quality options in town. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Always enjoyed El Chaps, but bc they had to raise their prices I tried Fiesta Ranchera Mexican Restaurant. Ask for the really hot sauce in back . Careful it is Hot! I mix it with some of the salsa they bring to you and ohhh what an explosion of taste. Still like El Chaps but, Fiesta is good too. Ur choice... Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
