Shocking lack of basic empathy. I stopped by this morning because I was having major internet issues and desperately needed to connect to Wi-Fi for just a minute to call an Uber for office. The guy at the counter flatly refused, stating the owner doesn't allow it. It is unbelievable how a business can treat someone with such zero helpfulness. To refuse a simple, cost-free request for help when someone is stranded is just terrible behavior. If this is how they treat people in a difficult moment, they don't deserve a single penny. I will never buy coffee from here again. Horrible customer service. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SAR 1–20
