My wife and I had lunch at Filippo's on 14th Oct 2025 whilst on a Greek cruise from Australia. Food and atmosfere was great however we were double charged for our meal. The waiter brought the machine and I tapped my card. He said it didn't work and they'd had trouble all day. I inserted my card and it was approved. On returning to Australia I saw the double charge on the card statement. Unfortunately this is the only way I can contact you to let you know and hopefully you will reimburse me one of the 42 euro charges. I attach photos. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €40–45 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Good evening. I hope you're doing well. We reviewed all transactions on 14/10/2025 and found only one transaction with your card. In all the transactions of the day, there is only one charge on your card, and all the other transactions are on other customers' cards. If there were 2 charges at the same card and same time, they would be next to each other. You can send me your email, at philip2102@yahoo.co.uk to send you back the transaction paper, so that your card number will not be visible in public, and then show it to your bank. You should contact your bank, to show them that there has been only one transaction, and ask them to cancel the second transaction.
