We had a really enjoyable dining experience at the Fillet House. The highlight of the evening was the beef – it was a lovely cut, cooked perfectly to my preference, tender and full of flavour. You can tell there’s real attention to quality and preparation. I also tried one of the local wines, which was a great choice. It complemented the meal well and added to the overall experience. The service was equally impressive – attentive without being overbearing, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. Overall, a very satisfying visit.
