I spent a night in a suite with a king-size bed and jacuzzi, I loved the super spacious room, the mattress was very good, and as a drawback, I didn't like the pillow, it was too soft. I booked a room that in the photos appeared to have a whirlpool bathtub, when I got there it turned out that it didn't have one. I tell them that we are leaving, and they confirm that I am right, that they have to change the photos because they are misleading and they tell me that at that moment they do not have a room of that type, that they leave the reservation in deposit to use it whenever I want. Three weeks ago I called to make the reservation and they didn't give me any problems, everything was perfect, but now they call me and tell me that the deposit was only for one year (something they never told me) so the reservation would no longer be valid.
