A/C was unfortunately not up to par during the heatwave. However, room. Was decent and had a small balcony. Did not eat here so can't comment on that but the service for drinks was decent. Located with easy reach to paths around the forrest, bit limited in the area for food options in walking distance of the Hotel.

Even though Waldhotel is rated a 4 Star, Christine and I consider it a 5. Blessed to have stayed at many 5 Star properties around the world, Heike ~ the front desk manager, is the main reason that our stay was so fabulous. She always went the extra mile in reserving taxis and Google Searching our specific requirements, that many other concierges or guest relation personnel would have eschewed. The entire property is very eye-appealing & immaculate, and the dining facilities are world class, serving truly gastronomic masterpieces. The accommodations at Waldhotel Stuttgart are satisfactory, offering a decent level of comfort and basic amenities. While the rooms are clean and functional, they lack any standout features or luxurious touches. However, the service provided by Chris, one of the hotel's employees, is exceptional. Chris goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay, demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and a keen attention to detail. His exemplary service significantly enhances the overall experience at the hotel.
