We had the absolute pleasure of having Olivia as our private chef, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment she arrived, she was warm, kind, personable, and incredibly professional. She made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed while still delivering a truly elevated dining experience. Every course was beautifully prepared, thoughtful, and absolutely delicious. You can tell Olivia genuinely loves what she does — her attention to detail, creativity, and passion for food came through in every part of the evening. Beyond the amazing meal itself, she created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere that made the night feel really special. If you have the opportunity to book Olivia, do it. She is talented, personable, and truly exceptional at what she does. We would absolutely love to have her cook for us again!

I’d like to thank Charles and the rest of the team for saving my Valentine’s Day on such short notice. You really came through for me. Where do I even start? Charles showed up about half an hour earlier than expected, which was such a pleasant surprise. He was professional, friendly, and super clean throughout the whole evening. He prepared an amazing six-course dinner — and somehow each dish was even better than the last. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. I truly can’t thank Charles enough for the lasting impression he left on us that night. It was a special, memorable experience from start to finish.

We enjoyed having Chef Charles prepare a 4 course meal for us in our rental home near Blue Ridge. He took his time preparing each dish, brought table settings, spoke about the food during each course and cleaned up after! What a great way to enjoy time at a cabin in the mountains. Thank you Chef Charles and Fine Dining Chefs for the last minute availability and wonderful meal.
