Nestled in the cozy corner of Miyanomae, "Fine" restaurant occupies a spot on the first floor of Itami Iphonic Hall. Notable for its calm and laid-back atmosphere, this dining spot is particularly popular among those looking to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or lunch. It specializes in seafood cuisine, offering a range of dining options from quick bites to sit-down meals. The restaurant serves alcohol, with beer among its offerings, and is particularly noted for its good coffee.
Patrons can enjoy their meals in a setting that might feel somewhat limited in terms of non-smoking areas, as highlighted by some customer experiences. Additionally, the restaurant's payment system accepts only cash, which could be inconvenient for some. Despite the appeal of the homemade elements in its dishes, ONE should be aware that delivery options are not available.
Operating six days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Fine provides a space enhanced by amenities like restrooms but lacks clearer info about recent changes or updates, such as the possibility of separate sections for smoking and non-smoking customers. Visitors have noted the quality of coffee and desserts, although opinions on taste may vary. With its intimate setting and reliance on diners visiting in person, Fine appears to maintain an understated presence amid Miyanomae's dining scene.
I stopped by before work. This is a coffee shop located on the 1st floor of Itami Iphonic Hall. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm. Since it was lunch time, I ordered a set meal. Rice, miso soup, small bowl, and main plate. The sauce on the fried fish seemed to be homemade and had a refreshing taste. Both the small bowl of vegetables and miso soup are relatively gentle on the body and have a nice aftertaste. You can refill your rice, which is nice for someone like me who likes to eat a lot. There didn't seem to be any separate smoking areas, and a customer who smoked next to me came in later, which was a shame, but I liked it. I think I'll settle down and try some branded coffee next time.
