My friends and I (3 of us total) went to eat and drink here this evening. While the food and atmosphere were not bad, the service was quite awful. We had to wait an unreasonably long time for our drinks to arrive as our waiter seemed more interested in another one of his tables. When the drinks arrive they tasted watered down due to an excessive amount of ice which was extremely disappointing given the price. We then struggled to get the attention of our initial waiter and ended up ordering a jug to share through another waitress, who said she would inform our waiter of the order. But we never got it because they didn't have the ingredients to make that particular one, however this was not told to us when we ordered it but rather after we waited 30 minutes. At the end of it all, it took us forever to get the correct bill and leave. The wait was due in part to us being charged for the jug we never got and having to wait for them to correct the issue. When we finally got the bill, we noticed that they had taken the liberty of adding a tip we did not offer to the bill. However, after the exhausting process of dining there, we just paid and left without bringing the issue up. It's unfortunate that this was the service today.
