Everytime I have been there I was offered a different kind of sweet from this place
My first try was petit four
The white chubby finger with chocolates dipped at one end, it melts as you bite had a regular flavour to me
but when you reach the chocolate that's when I realized I should have probably took a bite from that side first
2nd time was maamoul ashta med
upper and lower parts well balanced
not heavy not over thick had a good taste
as for the ashta, which is what made it much better
very delicious thick ashta layer that balanced the cube she placed for me
With a side bottle of sugar syrup if additional sweetness is needed but I enjoyed it as it was served
My last visit was a customized chocolate cake
The layers of cake had the same equal size
cream filling was a very rich chocolate cream spread in a semi thick layer
3 moist spongy layers and 2 cream
Topping was chocolate spread ... yum
Chocolate was just great
Texture was very good
Quality ingredients seem high
Flavours balanced
Arabic sweets and cakes
