We were seated at a grill table and shared the table with four other people, seven of us total. The chef could not keep up with who got what. I ordered chicken and shrimp. First go round the chef tried to put the steak belonging to the man at the other end of table on my plate and I stopped him. Then he put my chicken on my plate but put my shrimp on the plate of the man at the other end of the table. I pointed out his mistake and then he took the shrimp off of the plate the man had been eating off of and placed it on my plate, 7 of them made it to my plate. So for $22.95 I got about 5oz of chicken and 7 shrimp. My wife's plate got Steak, but then we were told she didn't get the vegetables that everyone else got and they had all been served out. We pointed out the mistake and he made more and placed them on her plate. We spent $95 dollars on 3 meals and all the servings were small. This was not a good value for the money and I can assure you we will never go back.

Ordered soup and rice to go. It took 40 minutes. 40 minutes. "They had a lot of to go orders and can only fill them in the order they are received." This is not the first time this has happened.

I will go somewhere else from now on.

Horrible. If you liked Kyoto, fins and grill will be a huge disappointment! !!!!! Food no where near as good and the service is a joke
