Waiter was non existent and forgot anything asked. Food was cold when brought to the table after over an hour wait with no explanation. Left a full cup of coffee after have to ask for a refill then waited over 20 mins for more milk. Finally asked another waitress for the cheque. Burger was decent and the only thing hot brought to our table. Schnitzel wasn't very good. We dined at Fionn Maccool's 2 nights ago for my birthday dinner, and we enjoyed our meals so much! Erin, our server, was so sweet and accommodating. We ordered the Mediterranean smash burger, the steak and mushroom pie, and kids' fish and chips. The burger was one of the best burgers I've had in a restaurant. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection! The pie had a beautiful buttery crust and dark brown gravy. It was scrumptious! Our daughter loved her meal, too. We had 2 gift cards to use, but we didn't because we saved 1 so we can go back. The 3 meals and 2 pints were only 88 dollars and change before tip! We haven't had a decent dining out experience in the last 4 years. THANK YOU!
