Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all reviews seriously; however, we are concerned that your review do not accurately reflect what occurred during your visit. Regarding the food, the order placed for your children was for the plain tenders, while they do not include additional seasoning blends or sauces. At the time of your visit, no concerns were raised about the food or the boba drinks. In fact, you mentioned to our staff that your sons enjoyed the strawberry lemonade boba drinks. Regarding arguing loudly with a customer and policed called, you are well aware that wasn’t the reason. You stated our staff member was rude and disrespectful, however, that was not your experience while you were in the store. During your visit, you and our staff member had cordial conversations, and you and your children left the store smiling. Additionally, when you called the store 4 days after the visit (today), during peak lunch hours, our staff politely asked if you to call back at a later time due to the rush. This request was made respectfully. We are unclear why this was perceived as rude or disrespectful. We work hard to maintain a clean, welcoming, and respectful environment for all of our customers, especially families. It is disappointing to hear that your experience felt otherwise, as that is never our intention. We stand confidently behind our team, our cleanliness standards, and the quality of our food and service.
