Made a reservation for mid afternoon on a Sunday. We arrive to tons of people waiting, including on the floor. Another waiting patron let me know that timeliness of reservations and service are an issue at this location. The hostess told me it would be "just a moment". A few minutes later I asked for an estimate because I got the feeling it would not be a moment. She said she would try to get us seated on about 10 minutes. Note, a number of empty tables were clearly visible, so it didn't make sense why neither we nor the others waiting were being seated. I had a feeling it wouldn't be that, so we left and ate elsewhere. I received a text that our table was ready half an hour past our reservation, so I wasn't wrong. We came back on Monday and it was much better. The restaurant was almost completely empty and it still took 5 minutes for a table to ready for some reason, but everything was fine after that. Table service was good and so was the food. I would recommend coming in early to mid week. Vegetarian options: Tofu and impossible meat were available as proteins. Fire + Ice is a Mongolian grill type restaurant that is all you care to eat with a great selection of meats, veggies, sauces and more. Flavors are as good as you make it and the grill chefs do a great job of directing and keeping things organized. The whole place seems like it could use a bit of an update but it’s clean and well maintained. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My recent experience at Fire+Ice was marred by disappointing customer service. Despite enjoying the ambiance and the hospitality of the staff, my encounter with the manager left a sour taste. The restaurant advertised a $25 voucher for a $100 gift purchase with a clear instruction to scan a barcode for redemption. Following this, I bought a gift card but did not receive the promised voucher. When I approached the manager for assistance, their response was shockingly dismissive and disrespectful. Instead of addressing the issue or showing any willingness to assist, the manager's abrupt and uncaring demeanor was disheartening. Their lack of concern for customer satisfaction was evident, and the response, 'Have you purchased from me? If not, I don't know,' displayed a complete disregard for accountability and professionalism. While I appreciate the overall experience and the efforts of the rest of the staff, the stark contrast in the manager's behavior underscores a severe flaw in their customer service values. It's disheartening to encounter such disregard for patrons, especially in an establishment that relies heavily on guest satisfaction. I sincerely hope that Fire+Ice takes this feedback constructively to improve their customer service approach. A business's success is not only defined by its ambiance and offerings but also by the respect and care extended to its customers.
