Fire & Salt in Oak Ridge is a fantastic spot. The food was excellent, everything came out tasting fresh and well prepared, and the whole experience felt like they genuinely care about what they’re putting on the table. The atmosphere is great, the service was friendly, and the food absolutely delivered. Oak Ridge has needed more places like this, and Fire & Salt is definitely one I’ll be coming back to. The waitress was wonderful, but unfortunately we did not get to eat there. We do not eat onions, and it appeared that nothing could be made, nor would the chef accommodate us in making our $40.00 meals, without onions, so we had to leave. Also, we asked for seating away from the crowd and we were sat at a bench table, near the bathroom, next to a window that did not have a shade. Very disappointed in our experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone who has any kind of special diet.
