I’m honestly blown away by the Kale Caesar Salad with Fried Chicken—it might be my fav salad ever. The crispy fried chicken paired with their spicy sauce works shockingly well with a Caesar base. It’s not a combo I would’ve ever thought to try, but it just clicks. The crunch of the chicken lines up perfectly with the texture of the kale, and when the Caesar dressing mixes with the spicy sauce, it creates this incredible flavor that’s hard to describe but seriously addictive. If you’re already into salads, this is a really creative take you don’t see often. And if you’re not, this might actually change your mind—it did for me. I’ve already ordered it twice in the same week, which says a lot. As for spice, the medium heat already brings a noticeable kick, even if you’re someone who enjoys spicy food. It feels just right for this dish. For most people, I wouldn’t go hotter unless you really want something intense. The hot def made me sweat. Service was great too—everyone was welcoming, the food arrived quickly, and the owner even stopped by to check in. I told him exactly how much I loved the salad. This place is amazingly delicious. Definitely worth waiting in line for. Would highly recommend the Chicken Sammie, Chicken Scratch and the Dr. Pepper BBQ burger. Owner and staff are friendly and helpful with making selections on their menu. This is a great small business to support. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chick-fil-a may have invented the Chicken Sandwich, but FireBawks Hot Chicken has PERFECTED IT! The Food, Service and the Atmosphere in Harvest Hall, Grapevine, TX cannot be beat. Dietary restrictions: My wife requires a gluten-free diet. Their staff suggested the perfect entre. She also loved her meal.
