1 star for the service, not the food. I’m a frequent Firegrill customer and always order the Quesadilla. The issue with this branch is that they consistently put very little chicken compared to other branches, and I usually have to ask them to add more. Today, the quesadilla was almost half empty. When I politely asked for more chicken, the staff member argued, added barely anything, and implied I should pay extra. Even after explaining that other branches serve a fuller portion, he refused. What disappointed me most was how quickly he cancelled the order when I asked, without any effort to solve the issue. Very disappointing experience.
