Awful. The star rating looked ok but I didn’t dig into all the 1 star reviews from the last 6 months. Idk why the franchise operator doesn’t look into this store. Surely it’s giving them a bad name when they just serve slop pizzas that literally fall apart? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered through deliveroo, pizza never turned up, they said they tried to deliver it but no one in, staff wet rude when I phoned restaurant and wouldn’t replace itand said pick up with deliveroo not our problem?! Appalling service, stay well clear.

I ordered from the store at night and the delivery driver asked me to come some place different to my address. I have ordered it plenty of times on the same address from fireaway but this is the first time I was treated so rudely from the driver. He acted like he didn't care about delivering the order and it was so late I couldn't order from someplace else. I don't think so fireaway wants to keep such drivers who possess such behaviour as I was really disappointed for the first time and I am not sure I am gonna order after such experience Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
