Very poor service. Ordered online through their App unfortunately the app doesn’t provide an ETA for delivery. Called the store was told they will contact the driver and let me know they didn’t. Then stopped answering the phone. This isn’t the service expected from an established brand. I asked for a refund and I won’t be buying from the brand anymore Food: 3 Service: 1

We respect every customer but receiving calls every 2 min for an update is very challenging because the shop is very busy. I had a very poor customer service experience with Fireaway Worcester Park tonight. I am staying in the Premier Inn in Tolworth and I had a few things that missed the mark tonight. First I was called to collect my order, which turned out not to be my order but another persons, who is staying at the same hotel, and was seemingly from another Pizza company. I then got in the lift to go and wait in my hotel room and before I had even got out I got a phone call from the same driver very rudely asking where I was and saying "there is no parking, where am I going to park?" First of all that's incorrect as there is parking at the hotel and second of all I wasn't told that the same driver had my order in his car, I was just told that it wasn't my order. I then said I was just going to come back down then was asked, "where are you, what's your room number" I then told him that I was coming back down to collect it and he kept going "there's no parking, where am I going to park?" Finally after some silence because I wasn't sure how to answer that question he hung up on me and another person came in with my order. The only upside is that the food is decent, otherwise this store would be getting 1 star, so in summary I will be ordering from the company again but NEVER this store again.
