I ordered a Steak and Cheese Melt Sub on my lunch break. I ate it right then and there and it was not hot. There's nothing worse than getting a cold sub that's supposed to be hot. Please heat up the food for the next person so they have a better experience. The young ladies working were really nice though but the food was disappointing. Maybe it was just a bad day that day. Please Improve. Thank you!

The food here is good, and the workers are nice, but they never answer the phone. I've tried so many times to call in an order for pickup, and every single time the phone just rings and no one picks up. If you go to the restaurant to eat, you're going to get great food from great people. But if you're looking for convenience of any kind, this is not what you're looking for. Food: 4 Service: 4
