This place is a joke, they just look at you when u walk in. The girls have attitudes when u ask them something or fix the screw up they did. Never again with go back or recommend them. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am an avid lover of Firehouse Subs. But this was the first time to this location and I'm not sure I'll be back. I ordered 2 large Beef Cheddar sandwiches. The employee at the register was kind and attentive. While waiting I went to sit down and the empty tables in the store were dirty and sticky. The floor needed sweeping pretty badly. When we got the food, it was okay at best. And my biggest complaint, No or VERY LITTLE BBQ sauce. The beef was GOOD! And there was plenty of mayo. But this sandwich is supposed to have a tangy sweet taste along with the meat and mayo. It ties the flavors together and BOTH these sandwiches were lacking or didn't have any BBQ sauce. I'm one to give a place at least 2 tries. so I'll visit one more time and see if this was a fluke. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I came into Firehouse Subs today and got the hook and ladder which is my favorite, a brownie, chips, and drink. Service was great. Everything appeared to be clean. Thanks see ya next time Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
