Firehouse had a promo for people named "Mike". I thought that would be a great way to give their subs a try. I looked forward to it. On the designated day I went to the restaurant in the evening, about an hour before closing. A sign on the door said "Sorry, out of tomatoes". Oh well, that happens. I went into the store and ordered the Steak and Cheese Melt (the sub offered in the promo) and that my name was Mike. They told me that they were out of steak. They didn't say anything else. I asked "Is that it?" and they said "yes", so I walked out of the store and went home. That was not a great experience. Service: 1
