Most people highlight that meat sandwiches here are perfectly cooked. The high ratings of this fast food wouldn't be possible without the competent staff. Fast service is something that guests note in their reviews. Firehouse Subs Inman Station got negative comments because of the disgusting atmosphere. Seeing the worker in the kitchen with an afro and no hair net, just a visor under the hair kind of threw me off. He kept shaking his head like it itched. Are hair nets not required now ? I almost just left without the sub. It was 50% mayonnaise and lettuce. I heard Boiling Springs location is better and I know Duncan definitely is. Please get a new manager. Oh no, that sounds really uncomfortable! You’re right—what you saw is definitely not the experience we want for you. It’s concerning to hear about the kitchen situation and the sandwich quality. We'll be sure to look into this. We’d love another chance to impress you, so please swing by again when you can. Please provide us your contact details at https://go.momos.com/nBjrq so that we can reach out to you personally. Samantha/Guest Services

If you like juicy, wet, sloppy and soaked sandwiches, this is the place for you! It's one thing for one sub in an order to be incorrect but all 3?? In the past I've had no issues with this location. Today all 3 subs were incorrect. What is the point of going through the whole process of telling somebody what you want for them to give you what they wanted you to have? AND taking the sub back to only get a half way sorry and yes they remade it but there was no offer of a free drink or anything for the inconvenience. I don't plan to return to this location.
