I waited over 1hr for my subs as the owner and 1 employee were working. I had ordered online but called for an earlier pick up time. The owner answered but put me on hold. I arrived 10min’s later and went to the front and when the owner came to to take my order I told him he could hang his phone up as it was me who called and was still on hold. I waited for 1hr and 30min’s in I asked if my order was almost ready and they hadn’t even started it. As the picture shows, this was how much Au jus I was given with my French Dipare you kidding me? I asked for extra cheese on both subs which of course they forgot. I didn’t receive an apology for having to wait or be on hold. I informed the owner that I had a horrible experience there three months earlier and he didn’t apologize then either or address my Google Review. This owner doesn’t care about his customers or the food he sells. His main concern is profit!!! The orders are never correct, when you order extra anything you never get it. This place is 100% a complete disaster!!! The Firehouse Corporation should be extremely embarrassed as there representation of Firemen is ridiculous. The Corporation doesn’t care about our experience either!!! Firehouseyou are an embarrassment to the food industry. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
