This review is more about the app than the store but I wasn’t even done checking my order and adding a coupon and it submitted using a card I didn’t want to use. I wasn’t given an option and wanted to use Apple Pay. The store employees were great and refunded it. Two of the sandwiches had to be remade since they add condiments that I had checked as no. They remade the two but unfortunately one was still wrong. The hero and turkey were mixed up. Thankfully only the meat was mixed up so we took all of the roast beef off and added it to the hero. If it were condiments then I would have had to go back in since my daughter would then not eat it. Never had online problems so that was overall annoying but thanks to the employees who were patient. Sarah, we’re sorry the app submitted your order before you finished choosing your payment and coupon, and that the sandwich changes still weren’t right after being remade. That created extra frustration, especially with the concern about your daughter’s meal. We’re glad our employees were patient and able to help with the order, and we’ll make sure their care is recognized. We hope your next visit is much smoother. - Jessica/Guest Services
