Understaffed on the second night of a power outage. The food as usual was good (not great) but the service was poor, from the host who seated people out of order to the wait staff who appeared to be avoiding coming near our table. We ended up spending 2 hours here, most of it attempting to get our server's attention, mostly in vain. We won't be back. There were plenty of empty seats during our lunch time. We were declined to take 4 people table because we only have 2 people. Yet there were two ladies sitting in a 4 people table when we got our seats. In the middle of our lunch, a pair of couple came in and take the exact same 4 people seat we were declined to have. I did feel discriminated in this experience. To answer the owner’s question, this happened Nov 10 lunch time Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

To quote my 10-year-old, “To say this place is horrible would be an understatement.” We were greeted by vomit on the ground outside the front door. The bread was undercooked. The Caesar salad dressing was fishy, and not in that delicious touch of anchovy way. The chicken was under-seasoned and overcooked. Everything cost what it would at a much nicer and better restaurant. The one server, while sweet, was overworked and missed part of our order. And you know that when you ask what’s good and they say everything, the real answer is nothing. And that’s my take on Firenze. Nothing about it is good. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this restaurant. You’ll be better off.
