Definitely a negative to a POSITIVE!!! We had gone to the Fireside Grille a few months back and didn't have a very good experience. I submitted a review and was contacted the very next day by the manager named Mike. After explaining the reasoning for my review to Mike, he apologized and offered to send a gift card for us to return and give the restaurant another chance. Thank you Mike for taking the time to contact me and trying to fix the situation...amazing customer service!!!! Well...we went back on a Friday 2 weeks ago and we had an awesome dining experience! Everything was amazing! We were seated immediately and greeted by our waitress, Maggie. She was a fantastic (very sweet and attentive)! Our food was delicious & piping hot. We had the chicken parmesan, buttermilk fried chicken, east west asian bowl & baked stuffed shrimp...all four of us LOVED our meals and left so full (we actually had to grab take out containers). We finished off by splitting 2 desserts, creme brulee and a brownie sundae dessert. Both were so good! What a wonderful dining experience...definitely a 5 star rating!!!!!!!!! We will definitely be going back. Once again, thank you Mike for giving us the opportunity to change a negative to a POSITIVE...see you soon!!!
