Nice place. Went to a new concept recently with cafeteria style, so a little different than a regular sit down. Food was decent. We went there because everything was closed in Lubec. As far as I know it is the only place on the island to eat, please stop in if you are passing through.

We stayed in Lubec and the Fireside Restaurant became our "go to" restaurant for lunch. The lobster roll, haddock chowder and salmon special were outstanding. We've heard rumors that they are switching to a cafeteria style venue but the food and service we received was the best.
