My fiancée and I stopped by Fireside this evening, and Kaylin provided excellent service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly as ordered. We enjoyed the whipped ricotta appetizer, the Fireside Cobb with salmon, and even took another order of the whipped ricotta home because it was so good. Kaylin checked on us throughout the meal, kept a great attitude, and made the whole experience enjoyable without ever being overbearing. Great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. We’ll definitely be back, and Kaylin is a big reason why. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience! The food at Fireside SC is absolutely phenomenal—hands down some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Their homemade pasta is incredible, and you can truly taste the love and care that goes into every dish. I’ve tried three of their pasta dishes so far, and each one has been unforgettable. The short rib pasta is a must-try, and the pesto made with pistachios is rich, flavorful, and out of this world. Don’t skip the poke nachos either—they’re a standout! Honestly, I haven’t had a single thing here that I didn’t love. On top of the amazing food, the service is always outstanding. Fireside SC may have a casual atmosphere, but the food is easily five-star quality.
