Our experience at Fireside Dining inside Great Wolf Lodge in Webster, Texas was absolutely terrible. We made a reservation and arrived expecting to be seated on time, but the hostess completely ignored our reservation while seating other families before us. What made this even more frustrating was that it was obvious those guests did not even have reservations. I know this because I overheard the hostess asking them the exact same questions she asked me when I was making our reservation. Despite arriving on time and having a confirmed reservation, we were left waiting much longer while walk-in guests were seated ahead of us. This happened on 06/05/2026 at approximately 9:15 PM. The service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked for the hostess’s name, she refused to provide it, and the young lady helping her gave me attitude instead of addressing the issue professionally. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I will definitely not recommend Fireside Dining or Great Wolf Lodge Webster, Texas to anyone after the way we were treated. The name of one of the host up front seating people is Kelsy. Service was taking so long and the food tasted nasty. To top all of this, those three hostesses were brushing their hair while there’s costumers in-front of them, very unprofessional.. should be addressed by their manager but the manager seems okay with it. I had LeeAnn as my server and she did such an amazing job for both my visit, and I also had a great time later one evening and was well taken care of by Jordan and Ashton. Great staff, great family friendly fun and I do definitely plan on coming back soon. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
