Bummer, been many times. Last weekend we had our family of 10. The new order system sucks, using an app to order for 10 was a joke. Without exception 9 out of 10 dinners were cold. Burger buns were burnt black. Since you don’t have a dedicated server you are stuck. With 10 people I expect 1 or 2 meals to have problems, when 9 of 10 meals suck, there is a real problem in the kitchen and management of the restaurant. Too bad, beers are good but we won’t be back. Just had a fantastic pitstop at Firestone Walker Taproom Restaurant, and it's a spot that truly hits the mark! We started with the pretzel and Brussels sprouts – both delectable sharable plates that set the tone for a delightful experience. The beer menu is a true highlight, boasting a diverse selection of the brewery's beers on tap. We opted for the Blood Orange Hefeweizen, a delightful surprise with its beautiful deep red-orange hue. The flavor was equally exquisite – fruity, light, and smooth, creating a surprisingly delicious pairing for our savory snacks. The restaurant itself is spacious, offering plenty of patio dining space that's not only enjoyable but also dog-friendly. The bar exuded a cool, on-brand vibe, adding to the overall laid-back atmosphere. While I'm personally not a fan of ordering through QR codes, the servers were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience seamless.
