Great place for HH with your peeps! Mai Tai was very tasty. Atmosphere was chill and view was awesome! Moved us around a bit but I wasn't in charge and didn't effect my libations. Price per person: $40–50

The hostess was really nice and the setting was very appealing. The rooftop is hard to get onto though, I recommend making reservations for a good table outside. Very few food/app options but a unique drink menu. Our server JoJo wasn’t very nice either. She didn’t check on us one time, and when we asked to get put on the waitlist for a table outside she said “everybody wants a table on the rooftop.” Well yeah it’s a rooftop bar. I’ll probably be back but expected more to be honest. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I made a Saturday reservation for 4 people here, weeks in advace, to celebrate a special occasion before a show. The hotel itself is excellent, so I expected the rooftop bar to follow suit. When we arrived, our table wasn’t ready even though the restaurant appeared to be only 1/3 full. We were fine with the delay and assumed a halfway decent service would make up for it. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. We waited 26 minutes for a server to come over to take our order. During that time, I made several trips to the bar to ask for assistance and mentioned that we were on a schedule. Each time, I was told that our server would be out soon. When our server finally arrived nearly 30 minutes later, he took our drink order and said he’d be back shortly to take a food order, but that 'shortly" never came. After another 20 minutes, I had to flag down a different server. To the kitchen's credit, the food was apparently good. Two people in our party ordered and enjoyed the hot dogs. The view outside is also great. Unfortunately, the cocktails were hit or miss: they were creative on paper, but half of them fell short in execution. It’s possible we caught this place on an off night, so take this review with a grain of salt. But everyone in our party was put off by the service. And it's never awesome being the person responsible for coordinating a rendezvous at a venue that has great reviews but epically misses the mark. We were left hanging, not once, but twice; and we (i.e., me!!!) spent over $400 on two hot dogs and six cocktails, half of which were questionable. I’m more than happy to pay good money for a great experience. Unfortunately, our Saturday afternoon at Firn wasn’t one of those. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $100+
