After a walk around The Mall's Balls Statue, many visitors stop by this restaurant. Australian cuisine under the direction of the popular chef is great at this place. That's a nice idea to order perfectly cooked risotto, steaks and chicken schnitzels. Get your meal started with delicious beer, michelada or wine. At The Richmond Hotel, guests may have good coffee or good tea. Clients don't highly appreciate biscuits at this place.
This spot is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. This restaurant scored 4 in the Google rating system.

The hotel is basic but clean , free parking and in the middle of a Mall which means unlimited shopping. We had a basic room and it was perfect . The heating did not work but we were set up with plug in heaters to warm us up . The water pressure was nice and strong and the breakfast place operated by Mitchel had fantastic offers and super greet coffee. Service: 5

This was a comfortable room- larger than I thought. 1 large bed- at least a king and than also a single . Bed was comfortable. We arrived after 6 pm so rang the after hours number and given lock box detail. You will also need a gate code which will be emailed. Large bathroom with a bathtub. Tea/coffee / and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. There were bath salts for bath. Nice touches. Clean room. Dining table too. Quite hotel. The gate is right on the mall. Parking is also included. We arrived late and parked in the Wilson parking and had our parking paid for. Thankyou to the Richmond for a comfortable and very well priced stay. Service: 5

I recently stayed at the Richmond Hotel and was placed on the same floor and very nearby a VERY loud party. When I checked in, I was not informed of the party and was not provided an option to be further away from the party. By the time I realized there was an event, reception was already closed. The situation was absolutely unacceptable. I am all for people having a good time and I'm happy that party goers were making the absolute best time of themselves. However, non-partygoers should never have been placed in the room I was provided. The party was exceedingly loud with guests screaming (chants of some sort?), singing happy birthday multiple times at very loud volume, going out into the hallway (in front of my room) and being very loud. Attempts to contact reception were fruitless, as it was long since closed and they did not have any staff answering calls The party ended by about 11:30, but party goers were still out and making noise for approximately another hour. I'd hoped to talk to reception and request a refund when I left, but was unable to,as reception was closed when I left ( a Sunday). I attempted to contact the hotel via multiple electronic means for four days before I finally received a response. While they apologized and said they would refund my stay, no refund has been received and it was over a week ago. I've never seen such terrible customer service and would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
