I was looking for a nice cafe to take my mother for lunch today and after a brief search on Google, First Chapter Coffee and its Turkish Toasties looked amazing. We arrived just before closing, and the friendly staff were more than happy for us to sit down and eat regardless, however, we elected to take our order to go, so the lovely staff could finish on time The Bacon and Egg Toastie was delicious! The bun was crispy on the outside and soft in the centre, the bacon, egg and cheese complemented each other perfectly. We washed it down with a Latte and let me say, their coffee skills are on point, a great coffee needs no sugar and this was the case. If you’re headed south down the Bellarine Hwy, stop in at First Chapter Coffee as you cruise through Moolap, you won’t regret it. 10/10. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
