Fun place! Stopped by with my son for a late lunch after his lacrosse game on a busy Sunday, but still got an outside table. Service was great and so was the food. Great beer selection too. Mushroom Swiss burger and pulled pork sandwich rocked. We will be back.

First Street Alehouse would be a great spot to share an appetizer and a beer. Then walk around historic Livermore. The Cobb salad was tasty. It's a yummy combination of romaine lettuce topped with chicken breast, applewood smoked bacon, blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes, avocado with balsamic vinaigrette without egg. The beer list is long and they serve an assortment of artisan cocktails and wine. If the date is going well, walk around historic Livermore to get to know each other better. There are plenty of shops to browse and cozy corners for that first kiss. Or venture to some live music in the heart of Historic Old Town Livermore.
