We arrived and had to wait. Restaurant didn’t have even half it’s tables seated. So staffing must’ve been messed up or something. Sat down, order was taken quickly. Drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive and water didn’t come for 45 minutes, we had to ask at least 3 times. Only two people’s food from our party came at first. When the third person’s food came there was a hair in the plate. We had to go to the front desk because our server never came back. Our third persons remade food came back and our fourths food still hasn’t come. We’re having to get their food to go now because we’ve been here for an hour and a half now. Completely unacceptable service. They removed the one item that we never received, but that entire person's meal should have been comped bare minimum. Skip this location and just go to the one in Hoover if you must visit First Watch. EDIT: Was compensated for my bad experience by the first watch team after submitting an email. While this doesn't change the fact that the bad experience occurred, I do appreciate the fact that they made it right. I'll bump it to a 3 star pending another visit to this location in the future. EDIT2: Never received the the refund that was promised to me, even after speaking to a manager on the phone and provided the requested information. Bumping back down to 1 star.
